Our nationally certified instructors average 15 years or more experience.  Energy, passion and quality instruction are represented in each of our 40 classes offered weekly.

Conditioning Classes

Weight lifting, muscle matters, strong assets & more utilizing a large variety of cutting edge equipment to improve core & overall strength.

Coordination

Improve your total body coordination with cardio dance, hip hop, zumba and more.

Flexibility

Improve range of motion and decrease stress with yoga, pilates & pilates mat classes.
